How are the Acceptance and Applicability of Terms determined?

By accessing the ckr1 website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are legally deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply to adult users residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact the support team to close your account.
Ckr1 platform services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. If a minor opens an account using false information, that account and all associated transactions will be considered void and deposited funds may be forfeited. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use such services and that online gaming is not prohibited in your country or region.
These Terms should be read together with ckr1's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of each promotion. In the event of any conflict, these main Terms shall take precedence. ckr1 reserves the right to restrict or discontinue service for specific users or regions at any time and without providing a reason.
What rules apply to account registration and security?
When registering with ckr1, you must provide accurate and complete personal information — including your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and an active address in Bangladesh. Opening an account using false, incomplete, or another person's information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure. Each individual may only operate one account — if multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be terminated and any bonuses and deposited funds will be forfeited.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account, including by any third party. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and notify the ckr1 support team.
Completing the identity verification (KYC) process is a mandatory part of having a ckr1 account. For withdrawals above a certain amount or when claiming bonuses, you may be required to submit a National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawal requests may not be processed if verification is incomplete, and ckr1 bears no liability in such cases. The full policy on account suspension and closure is outlined in Section 6 below.

All users must conduct themselves honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the law while using the ckr1 platform. Any form of fraudulent activity — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, using software bots to place bets, or exploiting system vulnerabilities — is strictly prohibited and is an immediately terminable offense. ckr1 operates advanced security systems to detect such activity, and any suspicious transactions may be subject to investigation at any time.
Using the ckr1 platform for money laundering, illegal financing, or any other unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited. ckr1 complies with Bangladesh's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and is legally obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Users must ensure that all funds deposited come from a legitimate source.
Any attempt to interfere with or hack the platform's technical infrastructure, servers, databases, or security systems will result in legal action. Harassment of other users, filing false complaints, or engaging in any other harmful conduct is also prohibited. ckr1 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately close any account found to be in breach of these rules and to withhold any associated funds.
What rules are important to know regarding payments, deposits, and withdrawals?
All financial transactions on the ckr1 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other Mobile Financial Services (MFS) available in Bangladesh. Payments must be made from the mobile number or identity registered to your account — deposits made using a third party's mobile number or payment method are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.
The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account verification level and VIP status. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 to 3 business hours of the request being received, though verification or security reviews may extend processing time to up to 48 hours.
Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the wagering requirements specified in each promotion's individual terms. ckr1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while investigating any suspicious transactions. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, the associated account will be immediately suspended and all withdrawals will be frozen until the necessary investigation is completed.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Policy
All content on the ckr1 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is protected by ckr1's intellectual property rights. Users may access platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes, but republishing, redistributing, editing, or commercially using any content without ckr1's written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
Ckr1 is not directly liable for any losses a user may incur due to technical issues, server outages, internet disruptions, or other unforeseen events on the platform. Game outcomes are determined entirely by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and ckr1 does not control or influence the results of any game. Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming are solely the user's responsibility.
The ckr1 platform may include third-party game providers, payment gateways, or external links. ckr1 accepts no liability for the services, policies, or content of these third parties, and users are advised to review the relevant third party's own terms and conditions separately. ckr1's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant user in the preceding 30 days.
What You Need to Know About Changes to Terms, Account Policy & Governing Law
Ckr1 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the ckr1 platform before they take effect, and updated Terms will be considered effective from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay up to date.
Ckr1 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, submission of incomplete or false information, prolonged inactivity (over 12 months), or a court order. Upon account closure, users may apply to withdraw their original deposited funds; however, bonuses or winnings where wagering conditions have not been met may be forfeited.
